    Description We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Sr. Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives. This long-term contract position is based in Boise, Idaho, and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with critical tasks such as calendar management and travel coordination. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to ensure seamless executive operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts effectively.

    • Coordinate and arrange both domestic and international travel itineraries, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.

    • Prepare and organize materials for high-level executive meetings, including creating PowerPoint presentations and other necessary documents.

    • Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare reports, track data, and manage executive documentation.

    • Assist in managing social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook for executive-related initiatives, as needed.

    • Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure sensitive matters are managed appropriately.

    • Support executives in a construction-related environment by adapting to industry-specific needs and practices.

    • Provide ad hoc administrative support as required to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements

    • Proven experience supporting C-level executives in an administrative capacity.

    • Expertise in managing executive calendars and coordinating complex travel arrangements.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Familiarity with managing social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook is a plus.

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

    • Experience in a construction-related environment is preferred but not required.
