    Job Title: AI Engineer

     

    Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 base salary

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Python, exposure to QA/testing practices, and a desire to apply these skills to real-world AI solutions. You’ll work closely with our engineering and product teams to design, test, and optimize AI-driven applications.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop, test, and deploy AI models and tools using Python.

    + Support data preprocessing, model training, and performance optimization.

    + Collaborate with QA to build and run test cases ensuring model reliability and accuracy.

    + Troubleshoot issues and improve automation pipelines.

    + Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute ideas for implementation.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related technical field preferred).

    + 1–2 years of hands-on engineering experience.

    + Strong Python programming skills.

    + Background in QA, testing methodologies, or automation frameworks.

    + Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is a plus.

    + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
