    Planning Assistant

    • Top Priorities:

    + Supply Chain Management: You’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing inventory, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

    + SAP Expertise: Accurate data entry and system updates in SAP are critical to our success. Your experience will help streamline processes and improve visibility across departments.

    • Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate daily order fulfillment aligned with customer demand and production capacity.

    + Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.

    + Collaborate with procurement and planning teams to avoid stockouts or overages.

    + Confirm customer orders and communicate proactively with Customer Service.

    + Maintain accurate SAP records including order statuses, delivery dates, and material requirements.

    + Serve as a liaison between Planning, Production, Procurement, and Customer Service.

    + Provide backup support for planning and goods issue transactions.

    • Qualifications:

    + Strong work ethic and attention to detail

    + SAP experience required

    + Computer literate with Excel proficiency

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
