    We are currently looking for an Intern- Engineering for our Houston, TX office.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    The engineer intern will provide engineering support on a variety of natural gas pipeline and meter projects to provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation of natural gas. This internship is designed to apply theoretical knowledge in a hands-on, supervised setting. You will work closely with a mentor and a team of engineers while contributing to meaningful projects and gaining valuable industry experience.

    REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

    + Enrolled in an accredited engineering program pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

    + Strong skill level in Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project

    + Well organized with a high degree of initiative and motivation

    + Ability to work positively and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    + Sound technical mindset to be able to review and understand engineering deliverables

    + 3.0 GPA

    PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

    + Mechanical or Civil Engineering track

    + Prior internship or COOP experience

    + Leadership position in school projects and/or extracurricular organizations

    + Volunteer experience

    + 3.5 GPA

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Civil/Mechanical Engineering

    + Must be a current Junior or Senior student
