    Production & Mailroom Associate – Entry Level

    Shift: Full-time | Must be able to stand for 100% of the shift

    Are you looking to start your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment? Join our team as a Production & Mailroom Associate, where you'll receive hands-on training with state-of-the-art equipment and play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate document processing.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Operate and learn a variety of production equipment including:

    + Print machines, pressure sealers, inserting equipment

    + Meter mailing machines, FedEx/UPS shipping stations

    + Folders, binders, cutters, and inkjet machines

    + Print checks, cards, inserts, and other materials for distribution

    + Follow standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality output

    + Work collaboratively with a team to meet daily production goals

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Entry-level candidates welcome – no prior experience required!

    + Basic computer/data entry skills

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

    + Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a production setting

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
