    About the Role

     

    As an AI Business Processes- Growth Product Marketing Manager you will lead the go-to-market strategy for Dynamics 365 Business Central. This includes designing and executing partner programs, collaborating with product, field, and partner teams, and driving enablement campaigns. This role is strategically positioned to fuel customer acquisition, deepen partner engagement, and boost solution adoption through innovative marketing and sales initiatives. With ambitious growth targets in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) space, finding the right candidate is critical to our success. If you’re passionate about working with partners, and excited by the challenge of driving business transformation through new innovative Go-to-Market approaches, this is the role for you.

    Responsibilities

    Developing and executing GTM strategies for Business Central and partner programs.

     

    Managing partner program eligibility, onboarding, and performance tracking.

     

    Developing the partner training enablement strategy

     

    Collaborating with distributors and partners to support P2P motions and co-marketing efforts

     

    Creating content for briefings, assessments, and enablement events

     

    Serving as a liaison between field, partner marketing, and product team

    Qualifications

    Required/minimum qualifications

    + Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

    + Experience using Business Applications / ERP products

    + Experience with GTM strategy and Partner Marketing

    + Previous background as Partner Marketing in Cloud/ERP SaaS Channel Sales & Enablement

    Additional or preferred qualifications

    + Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

    + Demonstrated skill in gathering, integrating, and applying peer feedback effectively.

    + Proficient in delivering clear, actionable communication—written and spoken.

    + Familiarity with Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider program

    + Compelling storytelling and presentation skills, experience presenting to leadership level audiences

    + Collaborator on complex multi-faceted issues across multiple groups, with awareness to establish relationships that result in the right outcomes for the business and our customers.

    + Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment toward shared goals, even in the absence of defined ownership.

    + Familiarity with supporting partners or reselling channel/ecosystem

     

    Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
