Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Type: 12-Month Contract

Compensation: $29.00/hr.

System One is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract position working onsite with our client at the Sherburne County Power Plant in Becker, Minnesota.

This role will report directly to the interim plant director and will be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will assist with administrative duties for a team of approximately 10 individuals, including plant management and engineering staff. Key Responsibilities: - General office support including filing and arranging meetings

- Calendar management and meeting coordination

- Catering arrangements for meetings and events

- Taking meeting notes and distributing summaries

- Backup support for time and expense management in UKG

- Occasional plant floor presence (approximately 10%) Required Skills and Qualifications: - 5–7 years of general administrative experience (minimum 3 years required)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Experience with SAP, Workday, and UKG systems

- Strong English language proficiency

- Ability to support office staff and coordinate logistics

- Comfortable working in a power plant environment with occasional plant floor exposure Work Location and Schedule: This position is based at the Sherburne County Power Plant in Becker, MN. The role requires a full-time onsite presence, Monday through Friday.
