    Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Senior Systems Analyst** to join their team **onsite** in Atlanta, GA and provide end-user support.

     

    The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Business Partner and Site Lead across all site technology areas. This role ensures effective ongoing technical operations with a key focus on manufacturing technologies including ERP, digital services, business intelligence, network, security, compliance, and infrastructure. The position also assists global cross-functional teams in delivering projects and solutions that drive, support, and sustain the local manufacturing site. In addition, the Analyst will oversee the support of local applications and systems.

    Duties and Responsibilities** **:

    + Support the setup of a new manufacturing site across multiple modern technologies

    + Provide ongoing support for site-specific and/or non-standard business systems while assisting with development and implementation of global solutions

    + Partner with solution teams to determine solution fit within the current application portfolio (infrastructure and compliance)

    + Engage with the business to identify and define scope for continuous improvement and cost-saving activities

    + Ensure effective delivery of local solutions that align with key processes, including infrastructure and compliance

    + Partner with business stakeholders to ensure they can effectively leverage services available from other sites and departments

    + Secure appropriate resources for projects, engaging with the business and facilitating service delivery

    + Support and maintain MDF/IDF rooms, lab equipment, and AV rooms

    + Where global solutions are not available, ensure local site development aligns with global development and platform standards

    + Leverage shared service support for efficiency

    + Act as a point of escalation on critical break/fix issues, coordinating with site process owners and global system support teams

    Skills and Qualifications** **:

    + BS / BA degree preferred

    + Minimum 5+ years of experience in:

    + Business process analysis and design, translating business needs into technical requirements

    + Software development lifecycle and application support

    + Project management and working knowledge of networking and systems design

    + System development methodologies

    + Support of medical devices manufacturing and quality operations

    + SAP knowledge is a plus

    + Technical Competencies:

    + Systems Development Lifecycle management

    + Networking and IT/OT convergence

    + Data analytics tools (PowerBI, Plateau, etc.)

    + Software development tools and languages (Visual Studio, SQL Developer, VB6, VB Script, ASP, .NET, C++, C#, TFS, legacy technologies, etc.)

    + Database knowledge (SQL queries/procedures, Oracle, SQL Server, Access)

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    + Excellent written and oral communication

    + Strong customer focus

    + Strategic thinking and analytical ability

    + Project management experience preferred

    + Experience with SDLC methodologies

    + Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

    **Wage Range** :

     

    The rate for this position is between **$50.00 - $60.00 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
