+ Perform Surveys and Collect Data from the Field

+ Assist with Stream Evaluations

+ Process Collected Information into Useful Formats using AutoCAD, Excel, Word and other Software Programs

+ Perform Documented Construction, Stormwater Control Measures and Outfall Inspections

+ Perform Engineering Analyses and Calculations

+ Assist with Drawings, Permits, and Submissions

REQUIREMENTS:

+ High School diploma

+ Enrolled in college-level engineering or allied field

+ Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WANT:

+ Interest in streams, stormwater, water supply, or wastewater treatment

+ Willingness to perform a variety of tasks including basic research, data collection, inspections and field observations

+ Ability or willingness to learn to work on various software platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, HydroCAD, HEC-HMS or other Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) programs)

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instruction , solve problems, and offer creative and innovative solutions

+ Collaborative attitude

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Willingness and ability to occasionally travel and work overtime
