Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | $75/hr | Part-Time | 7-Month Contract | Petaluma, CA Area

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide part-time behavioral consultation services across multiple school sites in the Petaluma, CA area. This in-person role begins October 6, 2025, and runs for 7 months, offering a competitive rate of $75/hour.

Position Overview:

+ Location: Petaluma, CA area (supporting 4 school sites)

+ Start Date: October 6, 2025

+ Duration: 7 months

+ Schedule: 3 days/week

+ Hours: 8 hours/day (24 hours/week)

+ Modality: In-person

+ Home Base: District office

+ Travel: Sites visited based on need (not designated per day)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

+ Develop and consult on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

+ Attend IEP meetings for students with BIPs

+ Provide consultation to teaching staff (SPED and general education)

+ No direct services or staff training required

+ No RBT supervision responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

+ Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

+ Master’s degree in ABA, teaching, psychology, or related field

+ Experience providing behavior analytic services in schools (preferred)

+ Minimum one year of pediatric experience (preferred)

+ CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
