    _Advanced Field Service Engineer for Honeywell International, Inc. in Wilmington, CA_

    Responsibilities** **_:_

    + Lead successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision.

    + Follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions.

    + Make improvements to training guides and documentation.

    + Lead continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment.

    + Train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment.

    + Support the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.

    + Support revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists.

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development.

    + Support cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment.

    + Act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

    + Assist in the audit, design, and solution of control sequences and solutions with customers.

    + Validate customer requests. Educate customer and field technicians.

    + Write documentation used by field technicians.

    + Ensure Right and Fast Delivery. Inspect for Quality.

    + Install or Repair Work Orders. Provide Customer Support.

    + Mentor and Train Jr. Field Technicians and Service Representatives.

    YOU MUST HAVE:

    + Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, or a related field, and 7 years of industry experience maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting, and installing Honeywell Distributed Control Systems.

    + Full term of experience must include: maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting, installing virtual systems with a high degree of precision in coordination of specialty Honeywell proprietary networks.

    + Approximately 75% domestic travel required across 17 U.S. States.

    + Telecommuting permitted when not at customer site.

    + 40 hours/week

    + Salary: $140,774/year

    + Employee Referral Fee: $1500
