We are looking for a Director to join our team!

We're looking for an experienced professional to oversee our services. This role is all about making sure we meet all regulatory and accreditation standards. You'll manage service delivery, supervise staff, and assist with everything from HR to finances. We're looking for someone who can step up and lead operations when the director isn't available.

The Director will be the driving force behind our program's success. The role includes:

+ Leading your team: You will hire, train, coach, and develop staff to deliver top-notch services.

+ Ensuring compliance: You'll oversee all services and facilities to make sure we're always meeting regulatory and accreditation standards.

+ Managing operations: This includes budget oversight, coordinating with the community, and handling on-call and emergency responses.

+ Foster strong communication with staff, families, and the community.

SCHEDULE: Days, Salaried, hours will be based on agency needs.

Requirements

What YOU’LL need:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field or experience in lieu of a degree.

+ Minimum of five years’ experience in a related field

+ Supervisory or management experience required

+ Previous successful experience in budget management and human resources is helpful
