    We are seeking an **Entry-Level Process Operator** for our **resin regeneration plant** . This is a **night shift position (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM)** . The ideal candidate will understand production processes, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and work to meet objectives while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role is critical in ensuring that trailers and tanks are properly regenerated and meet all specifications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate plant equipment to **regenerate trailers and tanks** , monitor the regeneration process, and ensure consistent quality.

    + Conduct **quality checks and pressure testing** on tanks to verify compliance with specifications.

    + Follow **WMS procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards** .

    + Maintain a **safe work environment** , adhering to all safety protocols.

    + Remain productive and focused while **standing and working 10–12 hours per shift** .

    + Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.

    + Maintain accurate production and quality records.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    + Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.

    + Basic mechanical aptitude; familiarity with piping, pressure systems, and plant equipment.

    + Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures.

    + Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

    + Strong attention to **safety and quality** .

    + Ability to work the **5:00 PM – 5:00 AM shift** and stand for extended periods.

    + Flexible, team-oriented, and able to adapt to varying production demands.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for **long night shifts** .

    + Able to lift and maneuver moderate loads as needed.

     

    Benefits:The estimated pay for this position is $20 an hour. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
