A mature couple is looking for a housekeeper to be part of their household team to maintain their 10,000-square-foot home in River Oaks. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to support the couple with housekeeping, laundry, pet care, and assistance during household events. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and professional, with a proactive approach to household management.
Responsibilities:
+ Perform detailed housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the home’s overall appearance.
+ Manage laundry and clothing care, ensuring proper handling of delicate items.
+ Provide attentive pet care for three small dogs, including feeding, walking, and ensuring their spaces are clean.
+ Assist with event preparation, setup, and post-event cleanup.
+ Maintain and manage household inventory, tracking supplies and replenishment needs.
+ Oversee daily household operations and manage preventative maintenance repairs, and upkeep of the property.
+ Schedule and oversee vendors, contractors, and other service providers as needed for repairs.
+ Communicate all issues, concerns, and inventory needs to the family office.
+ Ensure the residence is secure at all times, especially when the owners are not present.
Requirements:
+ 5+ years of prior experience as a housekeeper in a similar environment preferred.
+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
+ Trustworthy and professional in all interactions.
+ Team player with excellent communication skills.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, ideally 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the couple open to a part-time or full-time schedule.
