    As the Quality Engineer at our West Chester, Ohio site, you will be responsible for product quality review associated with the additive manufacturing process. You will impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. You will also execute standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines.

    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    + Quality Engineer in additive manufacturing realizing quality assurance of products, manufacturing, and inspection processes

    + Establish inspection and control plans for conformance of additive hardware

    + Leverage FLIGHT DECK to participate in problem solving and process improvement initiatives

    + Participate in strategic initiatives for new technologies related to additive manufacturing processes

    + Manage Material Review Board (MRB) tickets related to hardware ownership

    + Engage in site audit initiatives; perform workstation audits and support regulatory and other audits

    + Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area

    + Communicate and participate in team, site, IPT, and business initiatives

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in quality and/or manufacturing)

    + Experience reading/interpreting drawings/blueprints

    + Experience with first article inspection
