    The Assistant Administrator will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing activities of the facility according to the policies, procedures, philosophy, and objectives of the organization. You will coordinate and manage all revenue cycle with business offices staff, quality, risk management, oversee credentialing coordination, and licensing updates for the facility. In addition you will ensure the facility meets regulatory agency requirements and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to coordinate and ensure quality measures and risk management are met and addressed.

    **Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor's Degree in health care, business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. American Heart Association Health Care Provider (BLS) CPR card. Three (3) years management experience in health care related field with exposure to risk management and clinical quality processes.

    **Preferred Qualifications:** Master's degree. Prior experience managing an ambulatory surgery center. Prior revenue cycle experience in health care setting.
