    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-driven Talent Acquisition – Site Support Coordinator to support a leading organization in the environmental industry. In this vital role, you’ll ensure smooth recruiting operations and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

     

    You’ll manage testing logistics, coordinate interviews, and streamline onboarding processes—all while supporting a mission-driven company focused on sustainability and innovation.

    Position Overview

    As a Site Support Coordinator, you’ll be a key contributor to the Talent Acquisition team, focused on Test and Administration. You’ll handle a variety of internal and external customer-facing responsibilities, providing essential coordination and administrative support that keeps the recruiting engine running smoothly.

    What You’ll Do

    + Coordinate candidate testing, interview scheduling, and travel arrangements

    + Support onboarding activities including relocation, sign-on bonuses, and I-9 verification

    + Manage ServiceNow tickets and provide first-level resolution

    + Respond to inquiries via the TA staffing inbox and support lines

    + Maintain and improve tracking systems, FAQs, and documentation

    + Assist with background checks, Fieldglass support, and TA timekeeping

    + Collaborate with Senior TA Coordinators and contribute to process improvements

    + Uphold confidentiality and compliance with company policies

     

    What You Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + 4+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR Coordination, or similar roles

    + Experience with E-Verify, SAP, ServiceNow, Fieldglass, and One Workforce

    + Strong numerical and financial task skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

    + Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    + Strong communication skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Solid understanding of corporate recruitment processes

    + Experience supporting onboarding and candidate testing logistics

    **Pay Details:** $37.00 per hour
