Saatchi & Saatchi currently maintains a hybrid work policy to work in-office three days per week and remotely the other two days each week. This role is based in our Chicago office, with no exceptions.
Overview
As an **Account Executive** on the Chicago Region Toyota Dealer Association (TDA), you will work closely with the Regional TDA Account Management and Media Planning Teams in producing best-in-class work for our Toyota clients.
Responsibilities
Account Management responsibilities in this role include:
+ Assist Account Supervisor with various production-related and campaign development work
+ Assist Account Team in traffic of integrated media
+ Assist in creative development process of campaign assets
+ Grow into a client-facing account position
+ Cross function with media teams to ensure plans are being executed as planned: on time, on budget and with high level of quality
Additional Financial and Media responsibilities in this role:
+ Data entry of sensitive information
+ Developing income/spend/expense reports
+ Pulling reports from media buying software
+ Aggregating information, developing pivot tables, and comparing spend data to client-facing flowcharts
+ Reports to TMNA national on accurate monthly spend data
+ Review and editing of billing documents
+ Reconciliation of spend and TDA expenses on a monthly basis (lots of analysis through deduction)
+ Audit and balance of checks paid to vendors
+ Understanding of various cost structures and unique regional expense systems
+ Weekly communication with CPA
+ Detail oriented work, rely heavily on process, tracking, and structure
+ Lots of Excel work – strong skills in this area will be a huge benefit
Qualifications
+ 1-2+ years agency or client account service experience
+ Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. Keynote is a plus.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ The position will require the AE to build solid relations with other agency departments (Creative, Media, Traffic, Planning, and Finance) to help facilitate efficient day-to-day internal operations.
+ Strong eye for detail
+ High degree of professionalism, strong focus on accuracy, timeliness
+ Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
+ Analytic and strategic skills, communication, excellent oral and written skills, presentation skills needed.
+ Financial background or exposure a plus
Must assume a high level of enthusiasm and an interest in furthering a career in advertising.

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $60,000/annual. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
