    Education Requirements

    + Strong computer skills – Must be comfortable navigating CRM systems and digital tools.

    + Excellent interpersonal skills – Clear communication and a positive attitude are essential.

    + Solid work ethic is a must – Reliability, professionalism, and accountability are non-negotiable.

    Experience Requirements

    + Call center sales experience preferred – Previous experience in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment is strongly encouraged
