Pay Rate:
_The pay rate for this job is $15.50 - $16 / hour*_
What you'll be doing as a Metal Stamping / Steel And Coil Forming:
+ Operate and monitor metal stamping machines to ensure efficient production and quality output
+ Work with steel and coil forming equipment, including setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting as needed
+ Perform routine inspections of machinery and materials to identify defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns
+ Follow detailed blueprints, work orders, and production specifications to meet client and quality standards
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety protocols and PPE requirements
+ Handle, measure, and prepare steel materials for stamping and forming processes
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve issues quickly
+ Complete required production documentation, including recording quantities, quality checks, and machine adjustments
+ Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on processes, equipment, and workflow
+ Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to teamwork
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)
Job requirements:
+ Metal Stamping Experience (Required): Proven hands-on experience operating and maintaining metal stamping equipment in a production environment
+ Steel Handling: Knowledge of working with steel materials, including safe handling, measurement, and preparation for production
+ Coil Forming: Experience in coil forming processes, with the ability to set up, adjust, and monitor coil-related machinery
+ Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical systems with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues and perform routine equipment adjustments
+ Blueprint/Specification Reading: Ability to read and interpret production blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions
+ Safety Awareness: Familiarity with workplace safety standards, including PPE usage and safe operation of heavy machinery
+ Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Work Ethic & Reliability: Strong attendance record, willingness to work overtime as needed, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
+ Background check and drug screening required
