This position will sit at our **Aguadilla, PR** location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

This role is categorized as **hybrid** , with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.

What YOU will do:

+ Provide electrical and mechanical station build support for research, design, development or manufacturing activities.

+ Responsible for reading engineering drawings and building engineering builds and associated cabling and connectors.

+ Use engineering tools and systems to look up reference and program information needed.

+ Assist engineers with the development of new engineering processes and/or products to ensure their manufacturability. May recommend design changes.

+ Printed circuit design build and repairs to include multi-pin cable and connector builds and cable continuity verification.

Qualifications you must have:

+ Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

+ Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).

+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

+ Previous experience reading engineering drawings and using lookup tools.

+ Previous experience with printed circuit design build and repairs to include multi-pin cable and connector builds and cable continuity verification.

+ Familiarity with repair and assembly workmanship standards: IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001

+ Familiarity with ESD Controls standard: ANSI/ESD S20.20

+ Familiarity with Test Engineering Support: ISO/IEC-17025a

+ Familiarity on how to interpret and apply Safety Data Sheets for handling materials such as solder, flux, and cleaners.
