    Position Details

    Schedule:** **Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

     

    Salary Range:** **$80,000 – $85,000

     

    The Total Rewards Analyst provides analytical and operational support across CoreCivic's compensation, benefits, retirement, relocation, and wellness programs.** **Ensures Total Rewards offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives, while delivering a positive employee experience.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    The incumbent should be able to perform all of the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the job performance requirements.

     

    1. Supports the design and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and merit cycles.

    2. Conducts market pricing, salary benchmarking, and pay equity analyses to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

    3. Supports the design, analysis, and administration of retirement programs, including 401(k) and Deferred Compensation plans.

    4. Oversees the relocation program, ensuring accurate processing, reporting, and compliance.

    5. Maintains and updates Total Rewards data, dashboards, and reporting tools.

    6. Prepares analytics, presentations, and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making for leadership.

    7. Monitors regulatory changes affecting Total Rewards processes, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

    8. Provides support for annual processes, vendor management, and employee communication.

    9. Domestic U. S. travel may be required.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field

    + Two years of related analytical experience required

    + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communications skills are required

    + Strong Excel, Dashboard, PowerPoint, HRIS, and data analysis skills are required

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
