About The Role:
As a CBRE Administrative Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) business line. You’ll answer, screen, and forward calls and emails, greet customers, and resolve customer complaints.
This job is part of the Administrative Services job function. They are responsible for providing support to areas of the business including operations, teams, job functions, and senior management.
What You'll Do:
+ Perform administrative duties including conducting research, updating Customer Relationship Management databases, and preparing collateral materials for mass mailings.
+ Issue visitor's passes, validate parking, and maintain guest logs.
+ Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing conference rooms. Maintain reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen areas.
+ Interact with vendors for events and coordinate setup in conference rooms.
+ Write routine reports and correspondence, and respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
+ Support Marketing and social media initiatives, and prepare presentation materials.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.

+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach.
+ Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
+ Basic social media and marketing skills, and advanced usage of Microsoft PowerPoint are highly regarded.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the VAS Administrative Services Coordinator position is $63,000.00 annually ($30.28 hourly) and the maximum salary for the VAS Administrative Services Coordinator position is $68,000.00 annually ($32.69 hourly). The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
