Job Summary and Responsibilities

Are you a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist dedicated to restoring function and empowering patients? Join our collaborative rehabilitation team!

You'll provide hands-on direct patient care, coordinating and modifying treatment to achieve maximal functional independence for patients.

You will:

+ **Comprehensive Assessment & Goal Setting:** Interview patients/families for function/history; perform tests/measurements; establish realistic, measurable treatment goals.

+ **Expert Treatment & Evaluation:** Plan/prepare written treatment programs; administer treatments; evaluate effectiveness and adjust plan.

+ **Patient Monitoring & Oversight:** Supervise PTAs/Technicians; report adverse reactions/changes to physicians; assist in emergency measures.

+ **Empowering Education:** Implement/assess patient and caregiver education per Plan of Care.

+ **Collaborative Communication:** Maintain communications with physicians/healthcare professionals (team conferences, rounds).

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

+ **Required Licensure & Certification:**

+ **Physical Therapist licensed to practice in the State of Oregon.**

+ **AHA BLS for Health Care Providers is required within 30 days of hire.**

+ **Required Education:** Graduate of an accredited program.

+ Preferred: Clinical experience in a broad-base rehabilitation facility.

Pay Range

$42.99 - $63.95 /hour
