    Assistant Production Manager –

     

    1st Shift 6:30am - 2:30pm

     

    Salary: $72,000 – $96,000 annually

    What You’ll Do:

    + Support the Production Manager in overseeing daily operations across multiple lines

    + Supervise and coach Production Leads and Technicians

    + Ensure production schedules, safety, and quality standards are consistently met

    + Conduct shift meetings, manage staffing levels, and coordinate resources effectively

    + Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

    + Monitor production data, lead root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

    + Enforce compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA, and company safety protocols

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (food/beverage or packaging industries preferred)

    + Strong problem-solving, process management, and decision-making skills

    + Knowledge of automation, scheduling, and production performance monitoring

    + Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication abilities

    + High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP a plus)
