    Forklift Team Lead – Take Charge in a Fast-Moving Warehouse Environment

    **Location:** Hickory, NC

    **Pay:** $21–$23/hr based on experience

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

     

    Are you an experienced forklift operator ready to step into a leadership role? We're looking for a **Forklift Team Lead** who can keep our warehouse running efficiently while inspiring and guiding a high-performing team.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead, coach, and motivate a team of forklift operators

    + Assign daily tasks to support shipping, receiving, and inventory targets

    + Jump in and operate forklifts as needed to meet demands

    + Ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity across all activities

    + Partner with supervisors to improve processes and solve challenges on the floor

    What You Bring:

    + Proven forklift experience with a current license/certification

    + Previous leadership or team lead experience in a warehouse or logistics setting

    + Solid understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards

    + Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

    + A hands-on leadership style with a “lead by example” mindset
