Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Part time Bookkeeper to manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in bookkeeping and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities:

• Record and manage daily transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.

• Maintain and update financial data in QuickBooks with precision and attention to detail.

• Prepare and process invoices for timely payments and collections.

• Monitor financial discrepancies and resolve them promptly.

• Generate routine financial reports to assist in decision-making processes.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
