    Description

    A San Francisco boutique law firm specializing in complex litigation, labor & employment, and retail leasing is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support high-stakes matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while working closely with attorneys through all stages of litigation.

    Responsibilities

    + Support all phases of litigation case management, including discovery, arbitration, and trial.

    + Assist with drafting, proofreading, editing, and e-filing court pleadings, briefs, and supporting exhibits.

    + Manage discovery, including document review/production and use of eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, Disco).

    + Prepare deposition and witness binders, assist with logistics, and support witness preparation.

    + Coordinate pretrial and trial preparation, including exhibit lists, deposition designations, and demonstratives.

    + Provide courtroom support including electronic set-up, daily trial attendance, and exhibit tracking.

    + Maintain and organize paper and electronic case files.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + 5–10 years of current litigation paralegal experience, preferably in complex litigation.

    + Strong knowledge of state, federal, and appellate court rules and e-filing procedures.

    + Hands-on experience with eDiscovery databases and litigation support software (Relativity, Everlaw, Disco, LiveNote, CaseMap, Opus).

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Westlaw, and LexisNexis.

    + Skilled in cite-checking (Bluebook and CA Style Manual).

    + Paralegal certificate or attestation required.

    + Excellent communication, organizational, and independent working skills.

    + Ability to report onsite in San Francisco 4 days a week (1 day remote per week)
