Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital administrative and legal support, including managing correspondence, organizing case files, conducting legal research, scheduling meetings, and assisting with document preparation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with legal software are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist with preparing, proofreading, and filing legal documents.

+ Manage case files and maintain accurate records.

+ Conduct legal research and compile information for attorneys.

+ Coordinate schedules, meetings, and client communications.

+ Support day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring operations run smoothly.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree or paralegal certification is a plus.

+ 1-2 years or more- of experience in a legal or administrative role preferred.

+ Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management software.
