    What You’ll Do

    + Assemble cable harnesses and electrical components using hand tools (crimpers, cutters, heat guns).

    + Follow detailed instructions to complete hand assembly tasks.

    + Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy.

    + Work from production schedules to meet daily goals.

    + Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Experience:6+ months working with hand tools or in general assembly.

    + Skills:Ability to follow instructions, good manual dexterity, attention to detail.

    + Bonus:Experience with soldering, crimping, or electronic assembly is a plus!

    Requirements

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Basic math and measurement skills.

    + Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Schedule & Location

    + Location:West Palm Beach, FL

    + Shifts Available:

    + 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    + 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

    + Training Hours:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (First day starts at 8:30 AM)

    + Job Type:Contract-to-Hire

    + Overtime Available

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
