Job Title: CNC Operator

Join our team as a **CNC Operator** supporting precision aerospace component manufacturing. We're hiring for both **first** and **second shifts.**

Responsibilities:

+ Operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines (aluminum, titanium, Inconel, steel)

+ Assist with setup, part removal, and basic quality checks

+ Perform tool inspections, edge break, and deburring

+ Maintain clean workstations and support machine upkeep

+ Log production activity in ERP system

Requirements:

+ Basic CNC operation experience preferred

+ Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and AS9100 standards a plus

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in CNC operations and blueprint reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Availability to work the second shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM.

Work Environment

The work environment involves operating advanced CNC machinery in a structured and organized setting. The role requires adherence to safety standards and methods, such as 6S, to maintain cleanliness and efficiency. The position operates during the second shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
