The Role at a glance:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Cook to join our Education team in Maple Lake. In this role, you will have the opportunity to prepare and handle food, while also training and supervising a team of dedicated foodservice professionals.We offer a supportive work environment and great benefits, including a $500 sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment.

What you'll be doing:

+ Overseeing and participating in the preparation of food items.

+ Adhering to recipes while maintaining a neat, clean, and safe work environment.

+ Following safety and sanitation guidelines.

+ Controlling food and inventory costs.

What we're looking for:

_Must-haves:_

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Excellent multitasking, leadership, and communication skills.

_Nice-to-haves:_

+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or a related field
