Quality Control Technician I
**Location:** Alexandria, VA
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
**Pay Rate:** $17.00 per hour
About the Role
Adecco is hiring a **Quality Control Technician I** to join a growing food production team in Alexandria, VA. In this role, you’ll ensure products meet strict food safety, regulatory, and quality standards. What You’ll Do
+ Conduct and document quality control inspections.
+ Perform and record employee hygiene and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) checks.
+ Collect samples for lab or sensory testing.
+ Perform equipment calibrations following QA procedures.
+ Identify and report non-conformities to QA leadership.
What We’re Looking For
+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
+ Strong values: honesty, integrity, teamwork, accountability, and performance.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strong attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to complete Food Manager Certificate, HACCP training, and sous-vide training (provided).
+ Prior experience in restaurants, food industry, or sanitation is a plus.
+ Familiarity with food safety standards, audits, or GMPs is a bonus.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
