    **We’re Hiring Adecco!!!! -** General Production Machine Operator (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts

     

    Shifts Available:

    + 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    + 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

    + 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.

    + Monitor machine operation to detect issues and make adjustments as needed.

    + Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.

    + Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets.

    + Conduct quality checks and report any product defects.

    + Maintain accurate production records and logs.

    + Adhere to company safety and quality standards at all times.

    + Assist with general labor duties as required.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED preferred.

    + Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus.

    + Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods.

    + Basic math and measurement skills.

    + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    + Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime as needed.

    + Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
