**Location:** North Fort Worth, Texas
**Type:** Direct Hire
**Schedule:** Sunday–Tuesday (Rotating Wednesdays) / Thursday–Saturday (Rotating Wednesdays), 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST (flexibility required)
**Salary:** $90,000+ (based on experience)
Adecco is partnering with our client in North Fort Worth to hire an **Operations Manager** for a direct hire opportunity. This role will lead a high-performing operations team across inbound, pick/pack, outbound, and inventory functions, with a focus on building a world-class operation. The Operations Manager is accountable for safety, quality, and performance metrics while driving a culture of continuous improvement and lean practices in people, processes, and inventory management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Own performance against client SLA agreements and site-specific quality and fulfillment targets.
+ Develop and execute daily operational strategy to ensure safe, efficient, and productive campus operations.
+ Provide leadership and development for direct reports, including performance management, evaluations, and career growth.
+ Manage full weekly operations across shifts (including 2nd and weekend shifts, as applicable).
+ Plan, prioritize, and communicate shift directives to achieve efficiency, accuracy, and quality standards.
+ Interact directly with clients on operational initiatives and performance.
+ Oversee quality assurance metrics, implementing best practices and process improvements to ensure goals are met.
+ Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability throughout the value stream.
+ Drive productivity, cost savings, and customer satisfaction through lean process improvement and CI initiatives.
+ Ensure training, skills development programs, and SOPs are accurate, up to date, and consistently followed.
+ Manage seasonal staffing relationships and coordinate labor needs with the Director of Operations.
+ Monitor and manage budget performance within assigned value stream.
+ Collaborate with peers and leadership to align fulfillment strategies and deliver KPIs.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
+ Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations management.
+ Proven leadership of teams up to 100 associates.
+ Background in LEAN, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies (certification preferred).
+ Strong ability to implement productivity and quality improvements through continuous improvement.
+ Execution-focused with strong communication and motivational skills.
+ Skilled in analyzing data, identifying defects, and performing root cause analysis.
+ Ability to coach, mentor, and influence both direct reports and peers.
+ Experience with budgeting and labor management.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
+ Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
**Pay Details:** $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
