Job Title: Engineering Technician Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves working onsite at our new facility, focusing on UAS/drones. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a high-paced, family-oriented environment with ample opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical assembly and sub-assembly of components.

+ Troubleshoot and repair engineering support systems using mechanical and electrical knowledge.

+ Utilize soldering skills and oscilloscopes for prototype assembly.

+ Review customer equipment and identify subsystem experiences.

+ Conduct critical inspections to review incoming products and determine field failures.

+ Assist with Root Cause and Correction Analysis (RCCA) alongside team members.

+ Report trends in failures and components to the QA department.

+ Apply meticulous and consistent methods and processes in assembly.

+ Experience with small electronics or related hobbies such as computers and electronics

+ Mechanical aptitude

+ Experience in industries such as Aerospace/Defense, Automotive, and Military

+ Previous roles as a Mechanic or in Maintenance

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
