+ Greet customers and assist them with their service needs.

+ Communicate clearly about repairs, maintenance, and vehicle recommendations.

+ Work closely with technicians to ensure top-quality service.

+ Provide updates and keep customers informed throughout the process.

+ Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Previous service advisor or automotive experience is preferred (but not required).

+ Excellent communication and people skills.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
