Priority Honda Roanoke, proudly part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Parts Counter Person to keep our busy dealership running smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

+ Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries and orders

+ Accurately source, locate, and distribute automotive parts

+ Maintain and organize inventory

+ Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and by phone

+ Collaborate with the service team to keep repairs on track

What We’re Looking For:

+ Prior automotive or parts experience preferred (but not required)

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and customer service abilities

+ Team-oriented with a positive attitude
