    Part-Time Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Required)

     

    $25/hour | 20 hours per week | Flexible Schedule

     

    System One is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to provide support with accounts payable, payroll reporting, and general bookkeeping functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys working independently and managing accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage accounts payable and vendor transactions

    + Assist with payroll reporting

    + Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks

    + Perform general bookkeeping tasks and reconciliations

    + Work independently to ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately

    Requirements

    + Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)

    + Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles

    + Experience with accounts payable and payroll reporting

    + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Position Details

    + Pay Rate: $25/hour

    + Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible, during normal business hours)

    + Schedule: Part-time | Flexible within business hours
