File Clerk / Document Processor

Compensation: $15.00/hour

Experience Level: Entry Level

Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week.

8am-430pm Mon-Fri

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team? We’re looking for a Shipping & Distribution Associate to help manage the flow of mail and documents in and out of our company. • What You’ll Do

As a key member of our operations team, you’ll:

+ Handle all incoming and outgoing mail with accuracy and care

+ Route packages and documents to the correct departments

+ Track shipments and maintain detailed records for verification

+ Scan, prep, and post-scan documents to ensure smooth processing

+ Print barcodes, letters, and cover pages for various document batches

+ Manage client prep orders and signed documents

+ Meet performance goals based on task completion and accuracy

+ Support other duties as assigned

• What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

+ Detail-oriented and organized

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

+ Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

+ Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

+ Committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace

+ Willing to work overtime and weekends when needed

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: No prior experience required – we’ll train you!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
