    Position Summary

    The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver high-quality technical support and customer service for end-user computing environments. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software applications, and peripheral hardware.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

    + Install, configure, and maintain desktop and mobile computing devices.

    + Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and peripherals.

    + Assist with software installations, upgrades, and patch management.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivity.

    + Coordinate hardware repairs and replacements as needed.

    + Maintain accurate records of support activities using a ticketing system.

    + Support inventory management of IT assets including hardware and software.

    + Collaborate with other technical teams and departments to resolve complex issues.

    + Deliver user training and documentation to enhance technical proficiency.

    + Participate in planning and execution of system upgrades and deployments.

    + Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up.

    Required Skills

    + Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (especially Windows 10).

    + Experience with Active Directory and user account management.

    + Familiarity with Office 365 and common productivity tools.

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

    + Understanding of endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF).

    + Basic networking knowledge and A/V support experience.

    + Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

    + 2–3 years of experience in a technical support or desktop support role.

    + Experience supporting enterprise environments and executive-level users.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    + Flexibility to support varying schedules and business needs.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
