Position Overview:
Responsible for the analysis of reports/statistics/processes and the administrative functions surrounding those responsibilities. Acts as the liaison between CBO, Registration/Admitting and HIM and other departments as required to help resolve account issues.

EDUCATION:
+ HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
+ 2 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
+ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify errors and respond appropriately.
+ Ability to research information and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
+ Verbal/written communication with the ability to communicate and write department policies and procedures.
+ Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to details when verifying information.
+ Applies moderate application and concentration to handle varying procedures and interruptions.
+ Ability to successfully work on multiple, complex projects involving a high degree of judgment and autonomy in meeting deadlines.
+ Customer service and professional demeanor.
+ Ability to work with others flexibly and cooperatively.
+ Intermediate computer skills to include data entry and compiling spreadsheets.
+ Intermediate in applications of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook.
+ Ability to read, write, hear, and verbally communicate in English to the degree necessary to successfully perform the job.

Pay Range is $32.80 to $40.99 / hour
_The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
