• Collision Repair Office Assistant (Part-time)

    Ken Garff St. George Ford is looking for a part-time Collision Repair Assistant that will provide outstanding customer service over the phone and in-person, to help with a variety of office-related responsibilities.

     

    GREAT schedule!!! Daily work schedule 12pm-5:30pm Monday - Friday (no weekends!), anticipated 25-28 hours per week.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

    + Answer the phones in a professional manner and ensure the customer is properly assisted or transferred to the appropriate destination.

    + Greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly, providing timely, friendly, professional service.

    + Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns.

    + Takes messages from customer when desired person is unable to be reached or at customer request.

    + Disperse and sort mail each day.

    + Call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy.

    + Make copies, assist with data entry, filing, etc. in the office.

    + May check-in parts and assist the Estimators with follow-ups.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    + Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Must be trustworthy and have the ability to creatively deal with problems.

    + Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

    + Use of a PC is a must. Will be using Inventory Control Software, Internet and Microsoft Office Products

    + Valid in-state driver's license
