    Overview

    THE ROLE:

    Are you passionate about leveraging digital tools and AI to shape meaningful customer journeys and empower global growth? Join our Business Opportunity team within Distributor Success as a Manager for Business Enablement. In this role, you’ll lead the execution and scaling of high-impact, digitally focused initiatives that directly support new distributor success across markets.

     

    You’ll be at the intersection of digital innovation, AI enablement, and go-to-market execution—working across functions and regions to design smart, scalable solutions that improve onboarding, accelerate distributor activation, and drive early sales behaviors. This is a unique opportunity to combine data-driven strategy with hands-on project ownership, while helping shape the future of our digital ecosystem.

    HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

    • Digital Tool Adoption:

     

    Drive the adoption and strategic integration of digital tools, including an AI-powered Wellness Avatar and other platforms that support independent sellers (Distributors). Define use cases, establish success metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver digital-first sales funnels and personalized onboarding journeys.

     

    • Onboarding Innovation:

     

    Manage the implementation of the One-Stop-Shop Onboarding Hub in priority markets. Ensure ongoing relevance through localization, digital integration, and strong Day-One adoption. Act as the point of contact for measuring user engagement and recommending enhancements based on performance data.

     

    • Strategic Support for Local Initiatives:

     

    Contribute to local and regional go-to-market strategies, with a strong focus on Sales Funnel Enablement for key customer segments—particularly Gen Z. Help develop and scale innovative digital solutions that support entrepreneurs across diverse ecosystems.

     

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

     

    Maintain proactive coordination with Regional and Global stakeholders. Ensure alignment, transparent communication, and successful implementation of strategic initiatives across all markets. Lead the global rollout of the Aspiring Entrepreneurs Sign-Up new solution in multiple markets in a 3-year plan. Oversee activation plans, ensure alignment with market stakeholders, and support reactivation efforts for continuous growth.

     

    • Analytics & Reporting:

     

    Leverage data to evaluate initiative performance, identify actionable insights, and support continuous improvement. Deliver clear reporting and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders to guide decision-making.

Own entrepreneur lifecycle, critical milestones, and DS Success metrics at each stage.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • This role may provide guidance to cross functional team members or external partners but does not have direct reports at this time.

    Qualifications

    SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    • Fluency in Spanish or another global language is a plus

    • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or strategy execution—preferably in a global or multi-market environment

    • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work across cultures and functions Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable for outcomes

    • Experience in direct selling, consumer goods (CPG), or a B2B-facing environment. Familiarity with onboarding programs, sales enablement tools, or digital adoption strategies

    • Experience working with AI-powered tools or digital experience platforms

    • Passion for empowering entrepreneurs and driving social impact through scalable, meaningful work

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
