+ Available and willing to work extra and/or irregular hours or days during peak work periods to include weekends and nights
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience working in higher education setting
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Experience with Banner, Slate, and/or comparable student information system
+ Direct experience working in a college admissions processing office, including demonstrated experience applying admissions policies and procedures
Job Description
Reporting to the Senior UG Admission Specialist, this position performs office support tasks in all aspects of Undergraduate Admissions processing. This position is responsible for ensuring applications, transcripts and other credentials are received, filed appropriately, and reviewed in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Duties
+ Analyze and evaluate applications, transcripts, and other credentials
+ Perform data entry in student information systems
+ Review, evaluate, and validate information in multiple systems
+ Understand and apply admissions policies and procedures
+ Other duties as assigned by supervisor

+ This role may be eligible for 100% remote work for applicants residing in Texas or in states where TXST is registered as an employer; applicants outside these areas may not qualify.
