    Position Description

    As a Telecommunications Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, installing, and supporting the Reynolds Integrated Telephone System (RITS). In this role, you will consult with clients to determine their hardware needs, conduct site surveys to prepare for the RITS install, and discuss any other elements that need to be taken into consideration.Some of your specific duties will include determining the quantity and configuration of equipment, packing and transporting equipment, installing telecommunications equipment, and maintaining operations of the telephony system at client sites. This position requires professional verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

    Requirements

    Technical documentation skills are a plus~^~Must have a valid driver\u2019s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI\/DUI\/DWI violations in the last five years~^~Ability to travel at least 50%~^~PC skills~^~CCNA, A+, Networking, and Phone systems skills are a plus~^~Customer and\/or field service experience is a plus
