    Position Description

    We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to manage and organize various technical projects, ranging from simple tasks to more complex plans.Responsibilities include:- Oversee projects and coordinate all team members to maintain workflow efficiency.- Communicate with customers to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.- Prepare and maintain project documentation and correspondence.- Assist with schedule management by acting on tasks from internal teams.- Ensure customer needs are met as projects evolve.- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.- Anticipate potential problems or technical challenges and develop solutions.- Serve as the primary point of contact for project status updates to all participants.

    Requirements

    Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively~^~Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail~^~Technical experience with computer hardware~^~Basic knowledge of computer networking~^~Strong customer-facing and teamwork skills~^~Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
