    Job Description

    We are looking for an ESS Install Tech to join the team at Aberdeen Proving Grounds. This is supporting a federal program for electronic security system installation. The systems they use are Lenel, Milestone, DMP and ICIDS.

     

    This is a Monday - Friday, 7:30-3:30 shift.

     

    This position requires the ability to get a security clearance and it's preferable to have a Secret clearance already.

     

    - Install Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and infrastructure in accordance with the national electric code, to include, but not limited to, access controls, intrusion detection, and camera systems. Specific systems include, but not limited to: Lenel Onguard, DMP, Milestone, and ICIDS

     

    - Assists with security system programming and setup.

     

    - Conducts testing to ensure proper operation of equipment after installation or repairs

     

    - Conducts testing of system to the signal-receiving center to properly establish service.

     

    - Coordinates installations with police/fire departments and handles necessary records for notification of emergency calls.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of experience in installing, inspecting, troubleshooting and/or repairing commercial or industrial integrated / electronic security systems for complex low voltage intrusion, access control, CCTV and digital recording systems

     

    Experience with Lenel Onguard or Softwarehouse C-cure 9000

     

    Experience with DMP and ICIDS programming

     

    This position requires the ability to get a security clearance and it's preferable to have a Secret clearance already.

    Clean driving record

    Personal vehicle will be used for the contract duration, but after conversion you will get a company truck. Lenel certified
