    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Service Mapping Developer for a large client and the position is fully remote. In this role, you will build service maps using the top down approach. You will troubleshoot service mapping errors, validate MID Server connectivity and ensure data integrity in the CMBD. 50% of the time, you will be interacting with business/outside teams gathering information and 50% of the time you will be responsible for hands-on development work

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Minimum of 5 years of experience of ServiceNow platform experience, and 10 years of total IT experience

     

    - Deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB

     

    - Hands-on experience with Discovery and Service Mapping modules

     

    -MID server configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting

     

    - Strong scripting experience in Javascript for ServiceNow scripting

     

    - Experience building service maps using the top down approach

     

    - Strong communication and collaboration skills - ability to speak directly to business users and non-technical audience -ServiceNow Admin Certified

     

    -ServiceNow Service Mapping Implementation Certified

     

    - ServiceNow Discovery Implementation Certified

     

    -ServiceNow Event management Implementation Certified

     

    -ServiceNow Event management experience
