Job Description

* Asbestos Inspections / Abatement Observations / Post Abatement Assessments

* Lead Surveys/ XRF Sampling / Post Abatement Sampling

* Mold Investigations / Air Sampling / IAQ Studies

* Phase I - Environmental Site Assessments

* Field Documentation / Report Preparation

* CoordinateProject Data / Records / Reportsrelated to the work assignments

* Participates in all QA/QC programs as appropriate and Safety Programs

* Performs other non-typical assignments upon availability as assigned by management

Skills and Requirements

* BS Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Biology, Chemistry or some Physical Science or equivalent experience

* 1+ year of previous experience in asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold monitoring, inspecting, and sampling

* Experience with Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments

* Knowledge of IH and practical environmental concepts, principles, and practices
